Don’t worry! It is not necessary for you to be at home when we pickup your organics, since you only need to leave your bucket outside your house and we will pick it up.
It can be near the front entrance, around back, at the end of your driveway or where ever it suits you better.
Do we offer discounts?
Yes, we do offer discounts on long-term subscriptions!
Pay 6 months up front and get a 5%* discount
Pay 12 months up front and get a 10%* discount
* Taxes are included in the price.
* Discounts do not add up to other offers.
* To apply the discount, the payment must be made in full (6 or 12 months)
* If you leave town for 2 or more weeks, we can freeze the fee on your service for the time you’re away and resume when you return.
If I want to cancel my service, how do I do it?
Send us an email to cariboocompost@gmail.com at least 5 days in advance, and we will coordinate a final pickup of your organics.
Please note that if you’re in the middle of a prepaid subscription service, there is a $30 cancellation fee.
We hope you never leave us, and if you do, let it be to continue composting and recycling on your own.
