Projects

We offer Curbside collection programs for residents in the Cariboo Chilcotin region to make composting easy for those that do not want to compost in their backyards. Ask us about our programs or check out our home page for pricing.

We also have integrated drop off locations around the Cariboo Regional District to allow access for rural residents to divert food waste without the worry of bears or other animals in their properties.

We implemented Williams Lake’s first community composting drop off and education location at the Potato House. Here, we showcased how to manage food scraps and yard waste with different approaches, as well as sharing the benefits of composting with gardening skills.

We collaborate with Festivals and Gatherings all across the province, helping to initiate developed waste diversion tactics to reduce the impact on the environments we celebrate in, and encourage reusing valuable resources.

We assisted in the development and design of implementing an upgraded organics diversion system for the Cariboo Regional District with the Earth Flow Composting Technology. All was designed and approved according to OMRR regulation for composting food waste in British Columbia.

We consult with various stake holders to discuss organics diversion strategies. Having visited multiple sites all across British Columbia and collaborated with various composters, Cariboo Compost has a wealth of knowledge to share. We would love to discuss your hurdles and come up with a solution for you!
